Terms and Conditions — 777bd Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 777bd platform, including all games, betting markets, account features, promotions, and any associated services. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any part of the 777bd platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("the player") and 777bd. The platform is operated for the purpose of online gaming and sports betting entertainment. Each player is permitted to hold one account on the 777bd platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same details or different personal information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms. All accounts belonging to the same individual will be closed, and any associated balances may be voided at the discretion of 777bd.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false or misleading information at the time of registration is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. 777bd will never contact you to ask for your password. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately and change your password. 777bd accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to keep their credentials secure.

Players must keep their registered details up to date. If your name, contact number, or payment details change, update your account profile promptly. Outdated information may cause delays in identity verification and withdrawal processing.

All deposits on 777bd are processed in PKR. The platform supports the following payment methods for deposits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, and debit cards issued by Visa or Mastercard. All payment methods used must be registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from a payment account belonging to someone other than the registered player — are not permitted.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per account. Current limits are displayed on the deposit page within your account. These limits may be adjusted periodically and may vary by payment method.

777bd does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside the control of 777bd. If a deposit does not reflect in your account within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number for assistance.

777bd reserves the right to reject or reverse a deposit if it is suspected to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms. In such cases, the funds will be returned to the originating payment method where possible.

Withdrawals can be requested by players whose accounts have been verified and whose balance includes funds that have met all applicable wagering requirements. Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the availability of that method for withdrawals.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, 777bd requires identity verification. You will need to provide a copy of a valid government-issued identity document. This is a standard process applied to all accounts and is in place to protect players from unauthorised withdrawals.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction. Current limits are shown on the withdrawal page within your account.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the standard processing period shown on the withdrawal page. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfer withdrawals.
• Only one withdrawal request may be pending at a time per account, unless otherwise indicated.
• Withdrawals can only be made to payment accounts registered in the name of the 777bd account holder.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn and will not be included in a withdrawal request.

777bd reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. This may include requesting further documentation or clarification on recent account activity. These checks are standard practice and are in place to protect all players.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each offer, which are published alongside the promotion.

General bonus conditions that apply to all 777bd promotions unless otherwise stated:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance, separate from your real-money balance. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds convert to withdrawable real-money balance.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time per account, unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses that are obtained through multiple accounts, third-party deposits, or any form of collusion will be cancelled and the associated account may be suspended.
• 777bd reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If a bonus is cancelled while a wagering requirement is in progress, the remaining bonus balance will be removed from the account.
• Players who have applied for self-exclusion are not eligible to receive or claim any bonus or promotional offer during the exclusion period.

All sports bets placed on 777bd are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market, which are available on the betting section of the platform. The following general rules apply to all bets placed on 777bd:

• Bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or change a bet after it has been accepted by the platform, except where a cash-out option is explicitly available for that market.
• 777bd reserves the right to void any bet placed on markets that have been offered in error, including incorrect odds, incorrect market descriptions, or system errors.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned and does not resume within the period stated in the relevant sport rules, bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are shown at the time of placing the bet and may vary based on the event and market type.
• Bets placed after an event has started (live betting) are accepted subject to the platform receiving and processing the bet before the relevant moment of play. Bets placed after the relevant action has occurred — due to a delay in data transmission — may be voided at the discretion of 777bd.
• Cricket markets, including PSL and international T20 matches, are subject to specific cricket betting rules available on the platform. Key events such as the Duckworth-Lewis method, super overs, and match abandonment are all covered under these rules.

777bd takes the integrity of all sporting events seriously. Any bet that is identified as being placed with prior knowledge of the outcome of an event, or as part of any match-fixing arrangement, will be voided and the account suspended. Such activity will also be reported to the relevant authorities.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777bd platform. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended, and the matter will be reviewed. Depending on the severity of the violation, this may result in permanent account closure, voiding of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one account on the 777bd platform, whether using your own details or those of another person.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial fraud, including depositing funds through payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software of any kind to interact with the platform, place bets, spin games, or manipulate account activity.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical faults in the platform software for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through a known or suspected software error are subject to voiding.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome or result of any game or bet, including chip dumping in poker-style games or coordinated betting to influence market prices.
• Attempting to access or interfere with the accounts of other players, the platform's servers, or any systems operated by 777bd.
• Providing false information during registration, identity verification, or at any other point of interaction with the platform.
• Using a VPN or other technical means to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions applied by 777bd.

777bd is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the platform. Gaming and sports betting are forms of entertainment and should be treated as such — not as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses. The platform is for adults aged 18 and above only, and we take that seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all verified 777bd account holders from within the account panel:

• Providing false or misleading information at any stage of account registration or verification.
• Activity that suggests the account is being operated by a minor.

When an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will not be able to log in, deposit, bet, or request withdrawals until the review is complete. If the investigation concludes that no violation has occurred, the account will be reinstated and any pending transactions processed normally.

If an account is permanently closed due to a Terms violation, any bonus balance will be voided. Real-money balance that was deposited by the player — and is not the result of prohibited activity — will be returned to the originating payment method where possible, after deduction of any amounts owed.

777bd provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption, we cannot guarantee that the service will be available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control may result in temporary unavailability.

To the extent permitted, 777bd's liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period preceding the relevant claim. 777bd is not liable for:

• Loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or indirect losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Losses arising from the player's failure to keep account credentials secure.
• Delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, or any bank.
• Technical failures on the player's device, internet connection issues, or software conflicts on the player's end that affect gameplay or bet placement.
• Any bet or game outcome that results in a loss for the player, provided the outcome was generated by a fair and correctly functioning system.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

777bd collects and processes personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, available at 777bd.ng/privacy-policy. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein.

Your personal information is used to operate your account, process payments, verify your identity, prevent fraud, and communicate with you about your account and relevant promotions. 777bd does not sell personal data to third parties. Information is shared only where required to process payments, complete identity verification, or comply with applicable requirements.
